从中文思维到英语思维的转变是地道表达的关键
地道的根本在于用英语的思维方式组织语言，而不是在脑子里先用中文想好再逐字翻译。这是你需要内化的核心技巧，是所有地道表达的基础。
不要一味追求复杂的大词，熟练使用地道的短语动词和小词更能体现你的语言能力。
平庸： I finished my homework.
地道： I wrapped up my homework.
平庸： I met my friend unexpectedly.
地道： I bumped into my friend.
习语是地道的精华，但用错比不用更糟。选择那些简单、自然的。
推荐习语：
示例：
I don't go to the cinema very often, just once in a blue moon.
避免总是用 very。使用更丰富的词来表达程度和感受。
替代"very good"：
fantastic, terrific, amazing, brilliant, awesome
程度副词：
absolutely, utterly, pretty, quite, rather
示例：
The food was absolutely delicious. / The weather was pretty miserable.
这些词本身没有实际意义，但能让你的口语像母语者一样自然流畅，同时为你争取思考时间。
表示思考：
Well,..., Let me see,..., Actually,..., You know,...
表示观点：
To be honest,..., Frankly speaking,..., I mean,...
表示逻辑：
Anyway,... (回到正题)， So,... (那么)， Besides,... (而且)
不要总是用I...。尝试用状语、从句等开头。
平庸： I think watching TV is a good way to relax.
地道： From my perspective, watching TV is a good way to relax.
更地道： When it comes to relaxation, I find watching TV quite effective.
简单句、并列句、复合句交替使用。
平庸（全是简单句）： I like music. I listen to it every day. It helps me relax.
地道（混合句式）： I'm a huge fan of music, which I listen to on a daily basis because it really helps me unwind.
偶尔使用，能瞬间提升语言质量。
强调句：
It is pop music that I'm most fond of. (我特别喜欢的是流行音乐。)
倒装句：
Not only does it help me relax, but it also inspires me. (它不仅帮我放松，还给我灵感。)
英语是重音等时距语言，重读音节要清晰有力，语调要有起伏，尤其是在表达情绪和态度时。
练习方法：
跟读模仿英语影视剧、播客、TED演讲，注意他们如何通过语调表达惊讶、疑问、肯定等。
这是地道口语的灵魂。
连读：
an apple -> a napple； I am -> I'm
缩读：
I will -> I'll； do not -> don't； What are you -> What'cha
在口语中完全可以使用缩读，这更自然
策略：简洁、自然、有活力。Part 1是暖场，目标是给考官留下一个自信、流利的第一印象。
问题： Do you like reading?
平庸： Yes, I like reading. (太短)
地道： Yeah, definitely! I'm pretty into novels, especially science fiction. I mean, it's a fantastic way to escape from reality for a while. (使用了话语标记、习语、具体例子)
用你的语调和你选择的词汇来展现热情。
Oh, I absolutely love it! (比 Yes, I like it 好一百倍)
Not really, to be honest. (坦诚地表达不喜欢)
策略：细节、故事、画面感。这是展示你语言能力的核心部分。地道的关键在于讲一个好故事。
平庸： The park was beautiful.
地道： The air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers, and I could hear the distant laughter of children playing. The sunlight was filtering through the leaves, creating a really peaceful atmosphere.
描述过去经历时，熟练运用一般过去时、过去进行时。
I was strolling through the market when I came across a unique little shop.
表达遗憾或假设，使用虚拟语气。
I wish I had taken more photos. / If I had had more time, I would have explored further.
避免一直用 and, but, so。使用：
表示顺序：
To begin with, ... / Afterwards, ... / Subsequently, ...
表示转折：
However, ... / On the other hand, ... / Having said that, ...
表示结果：
As a result, ... / Consequently, ... / Therefore, ...
策略：结构、逻辑、学术性。这部分考察你的思辨能力和就抽象话题进行讨论的能力。语言要更正式、更有逻辑。
像写一篇微型议论文一样组织你的回答。
观点-理由-例子-结论：
Well, I believe that technology has revolutionized the way we communicate. (观点) The primary reason is that it's broken down geographical barriers. (理由) For instance, I can now have a face-to-face conversation with my friend who's studying abroad via video call. (例子) So, in that sense, it has brought people closer together. (结论)
词汇：
用 significant, crucial, essential, play a vital role in, have a profound impact on 代替 important, big。
句式：
使用更多名词性从句和状语从句。
What the government should do is to implement stricter regulations.
While it is true that technology brings convenience, it cannot be denied that it also creates social issues.
在讨论不确定或有争议的话题时，使用缓和语气的词，显得更客观、成熟。
